By using Funduqia and making a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

When you book, you enter into a contract for the travel product with the relevant supplier, with Funduqia acting as an intermediary unless stated otherwise. The price, room, dates and conditions shown at checkout form part of that contract.

You are responsible for providing accurate guest details and for meeting any entry, visa, health or identification requirements for your trip.

Prices are shown as a total in your selected currency and include taxes and known fees before payment. Some extras may be payable at the property. Payment is processed securely by our payment partners.

Each rate carries its own cancellation policy, shown clearly before you book. Free-cancellation rates can be cancelled at no cost up to the stated deadline. Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded once booked. Changes are subject to the supplier's rules and availability.

You agree to use the service lawfully, not to misuse or attempt to disrupt it, and not to book fraudulently. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

We take reasonable care to present accurate information, but we are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, always applies to new bookings. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
