How we work

We compare live rates for every stay across thousands of providers, so the price you see is the lowest we can find for those dates and that room. If you find the same room, same dates and same conditions cheaper elsewhere, we aim to match it.

Prices are shown as a real total in your currency, with taxes and known fees included before you reach payment. There is no drip pricing and no surprise charges at the end.

Listings combine data from the property, our supplier partners and public sources. Key facts such as location, star rating and core amenities are checked against more than one source before a property goes live.

Where a property makes a specific claim, we label how it was confirmed, so you can see the difference between a verified fact and a self-reported one.

Guest scores and reviews are tied to completed stays wherever possible, so feedback comes from people who actually booked. We remove content that breaks our guidelines, and we never let a property pay to hide honest feedback.

Aggregate scores are shown with the number of reviews behind them, so you can weigh how much a rating represents.

By default we rank results on a blend of relevance to your search, guest rating, price competitiveness and availability. You can re-sort at any time by price, rating or star level, and every filter is under your control.

Any commercial arrangement that affects placement is disclosed and clearly labelled. Sorting you choose always overrides the default order.

Payments are encrypted end to end and processed by regulated payment providers. We collect only what we need to complete and support your booking, and you can manage or delete your data from your account.
