Cancellations & refunds

Plans change, and Funduqia is built to be flexible. Most stays offer free cancellation up to a stated deadline, and every rate shows its policy clearly before you book.

To cancel or change a booking, sign in to your account and open the trip. Free-cancellation stays can be cancelled at no cost up to the deadline; non-refundable rates cannot be refunded once booked.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider, but we release eligible refunds immediately.
